Here's the full layout. I used watercolors to create the circles in blue and green. I thought it would be a fun change to add some pops of color to my neutral background.
I used this lovely Hello wood veneer for my simple title and added layers under my photo. I used watercolors on a white piece of cardstock and ripped it for some added interest under the photo. I also used a transparency, a tag and patterned paper to create dimension under the photo of Riggly.
I added some enamel dots along with circle wood veneers to have different elements all with the same shape to help your eye flow throughout the layout.
Just another view of the circles and tags.
I added a row of tags along the bottom of my photo and curled up the edges with my fingers to create dimension. I stuck with colors in the blue family and added a little grey because hey, it's a neutral so it works.
So I hope you don't mind another layout of Riggly. My husband laughed at me when I showed him this one and he said "you have to scrapbook something more than Riggly" but he's my baby! We obviously don't have children yet but still, Riggly is my baby and he's so cute so how can I not scrap him, right?!?!
Well thank you so much for stopping by and following along, it means a lot <3

Love, love, love this layout! I'm totally in love with all the shades of blues and greens! And don't feel too bad, my husband and I don't have children yet either, so my layouts and PL spreads are mostly about our fur babies, Willie and Darwin! One of these days I'm going to start a blog and show this layouts!
ReplyDeleteThank you :) I'm glad I'm not the only one. Yes, you should totally start a blog. It was a new step for me but I really enjoy it.
